Every shochu is aged for over a year before shipping, and the company holds HACCP (including EU and US), ISO 22000 and other food-safety certifications, which helps with import clearance. We handle its umeshu: Nanko plums and rock sugar steeped in aged honkaku barley shochu, with added hyaluronic acid.
