What cookies are

Cookies we set
The Site sets only one cookie of its own, to remember your display language:

In addition, so that the Site does not keep re-checking your language within the same tab, it stores a temporary marker (siejp_lang_checked) in your browser's session storage. It is deleted when you close the tab.
On your first visit, the Site may choose a display language based on your browser's language settings or the country or region you are visiting from (as estimated from your IP address). This happens only when the page is served, and we do not record the result.
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or behavioral targeting.
Third-party cookies
