Long-aged sake brewed in 2000. Deep amber in colour with notes of caramel, quince and maple syrup, a touch of spice, and a sweet, deep, mellow palate. IWC 2024 Koshu Gold (Trophy), Kura Master 2024 Koshu Platinum and Fine Sake Awards Japan 2024 Grand Gold.
