UMIKI Japanese single malt, finished in rare Mizunara oak. The name joins “Umi” (sea) and “Ki” (tree): Japanese malt distilled by the sea, cut with desalinated seawater — round on the palate with oriental spice and sandalwood-like Mizunara notes.
