Founded around 1688 and described by the brewery as Okayama’s oldest. Since about 1985 it has brewed with Bizen Omachi rice grown by local contract farmers, using Omachi no Reisen, one of Japan’s 100 Famous Waters. Flagship brands: Sakura Muromachi and Bizen Maboroshi.
