A brewery in Takabatake, Nara, beside the World Heritage Kasugayama Primeval Forest (renamed from Yagi Shuzo in 2022). It brews with spring water from Mt. Kasuga in the tradition of Nara’s medieval Nanto Morohaku sake, and also makes yuzu, ume and other fruit liqueurs well suited to gifting.
