On the morning of Saturday, April 18 (Day 2 of the show), the Kyoto-based Sasaki Shuzo Co., Ltd. — represented exclusively at our booth — Sasaki Shuzo's Gold-Award Daiginjo and Jurakudai Junmaidaiginjo LIMITED EDITION was officially selected by the Taipei International Wine & Spirits Exhibition Secretariat as a featured pour in the show's official "Japanese Sake Seminar."

With hundreds of brands and sake varieties on display this year, being chosen as one of the limited featured pours of the public sake seminar is a remarkable recognition of the brewery's craftsmanship, and a tremendous honor for our group as their Taiwan partner.

The seminar drew Taiwanese importers, sommeliers, beverage media, and dedicated sake enthusiasts, who were introduced first-hand to the delicate aromatics and refined palate that define Sasaki Shuzo's century-old Kyoto Rakuchu brewing tradition.

A rare moment captured at our booth: Mr. Akira Sasaki, President of Sasaki Shuzo Co., Ltd., and his sales representative personally pour and introduce their gold-award sake to visitors from Taiwan.

The bottle being poured is a Daiginjo crowned with the Gold Award at the Annual Japan Sake Awards (Zenkoku Shinshu Kanpyō-kai) — Japan's most prestigious and longest-running sake competition, organized by the National Research Institute of Brewing (NRIB) since 1911.

Sasaki Shuzo is renowned as the only remaining sake brewery in Kyoto's historic Rakuchu (inner-city) district, making this hands-on tasting — led by the brewer himself — an exceptionally valuable opportunity for the Taiwanese trade and sake community.

■ Looking to import Japanese sake or spirits — to Taiwan, or anywhere in the world? SIE × INSAKE provides end-to-end export support.

We are one of the few groups that holds liquor licenses on both sides — Japan AND Taiwan. Our Japan-side export license lets us ship directly from breweries to any market worldwide (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, North America, Europe, and beyond), while our Taiwan-side import license enables fully integrated landing if your destination is Taiwan.

✅ Japan side (Global Export): SIE Co., Ltd. (SIS LLC) holds Japan's official Liquor Sales / Export Wholesale License. We source directly from breweries in Kyoto, Nara, Wakayama, Fukuoka, Saga and beyond — handling sourcing, documentation, export customs, and international shipping to any market with proper Japanese-liquor import infrastructure.

✅ Taiwan side (Local Landing): If your destination is Taiwan, our group entity SHINWU GLOBAL / INSAKE holds the Taiwan liquor import license, covering Taiwan FDA registration, customs, tax, bonded warehousing, and last-mile delivery across Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. For other destinations, we ship directly to your local importer or your own licensed entity.

✅ Flexible volumes: From single-bottle samples to mixed pallets to full containers, we help you minimize first-batch inventory risk.

✅ Customization: We can develop exclusive Japanese SKUs, limited editions, OEM, or private-label sake tailored to your channel or clientele.

✅ One-stop service: Inquiry → quotation → contract → shipping → customs → in-warehouse → final delivery. All under one roof.

Whether you are based in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, North America, Europe, or anywhere else — if you are: ・A restaurant, izakaya, or Japanese-cuisine establishment looking to offer truly authentic, hard-to-find Japanese sake ・A liquor importer or distributor seeking differentiated Japanese product lines ・A hotel or department-store buyer planning a Japanese liquor section or seasonal campaign ・A retail chain or e-commerce platform wanting a direct-from-Japan brand partner

Reach out to us — we will gladly evaluate whether the products you have in mind can be smoothly imported into your market, along with cost estimates and lead times.
