Brewed by master Toji Toyohito Tanaka using Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 40% and "Ginmeisui," the famed spring water from the Jurakudai historic site, this is our brewery's top-tier Daiginjo. Fruity, ginjo-style aromas lead into a clear, transparent palate that beautifully concentrates the umami of the rice.
