- negotiate, conclude and perform contracts and provide after-sales support across our businesses — renewable energy, car export, real estate, and sake and whisky export;
- run our recruitment process and contact applicants;
- remember your display language, keep the Site running reliably and securely, and prevent unauthorized access;
- comply with our legal obligations.
We do not use personal information beyond what these purposes require. If we change a purpose, the new purpose will remain reasonably related to the original one, and we will publish it on the Site.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except where:
- it is required by law;
- it is necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
- it is especially necessary to improve public health or promote the healthy development of children and it is difficult to obtain your consent;

6. Handling outside Japan
We have an office in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan, and your personal information may be handled there so that we can answer your inquiry or handle your business with us. Taiwan protects personal information under its Personal Data Protection Act. Some of the outside services we use may also store information on servers outside Japan. Wherever personal information is handled abroad, we take the local data protection framework into account and apply the safeguards described in this policy.
7. How we protect it
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent personal information from being leaked, lost or damaged, including internal handling rules, staff training, access controls, and security measures for our equipment and communications.

11. Joint use within our group
Personal information collected through the liquor-related forms on this site (partner applications, quotation requests, etc.) is used jointly with our group company as follows.

12. Providing information to third parties in Taiwan
For the purposes below, and with your consent, we may provide personal information related to your inquiry or transaction to our partners and group company in Taiwan. We ask for this consent when you submit a form or individually during a transaction.
Recipients (country: Taiwan) WCM World Car: import customs clearance, inspection and registration in Taiwan for vehicles exported from Japan Shinwu Global Co., Ltd. (鑫宇環球股份有限公司): import and sale of liquor in Taiwan Shining Energy Co., Ltd. (鑫盈能源股份有限公司, our parent company): replying to inquiries and group business cooperation
Information provided: company name, name, address, phone number, email address, the content of your inquiry, and information needed for the transaction
Taiwan's data protection system: Taiwan has the Personal Data Protection Act, which sets rules such as specifying the purpose of collection and the rights of individuals. Recipients handle personal information in accordance with that Act.
