A rare blended umeshu built on a cask of umeshu made in 2005 by steeping the rare Purple Queen ume in junmai sake and aging it long-term, blended with umeshu that the brewers of the time made from the rare Miss Nadeshiko ume. Rich and full-bodied, it can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or warmed.
