Founded in 1873 in Tsushima, Aichi, and brewed by Nanbu toji. The flagship Gazan uses Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo’s Special-A district and low-temperature fermentation for a vivid ginjo aroma, and has won gold at both the Japan National Sake Awards and the IWC.
