Made from 100% Wakayama-grown Merlot and aged in French oak barrels. The approachable, mellow Merlot with relatively gentle tannins gains complexity and depth from barrel aging, offering subtle oak, firm fruit and balanced acidity and sweetness, a wine for connoisseurs (unfiltered, wild yeast).
