A white wine made from Koshu grapes using a sake-brewing yeast discovered on the World Heritage Kumano Kodo trail. Fruity aromas of apple and pear, a smooth texture and a balance of restrained acidity and umami make it a distinctive wine with a strong affinity for Japanese cuisine.
